~ ending the lameness

SO. I have decided to stop being lame and start being awesome, which means I will start posting again. I got all deep and cosmic and stuff and who the hell wants to read that crap? And then I got depressed, and NO ONE wants to read about that crap.

I may or may not still post the 2011 year-end recap in two separate posts:
~  a happy summarization with photos/links to prior posts
~  a dramatic "oh my gosh I learned such huge life lessons this year" post.

I guess since this is here for posterity and for me to look back on to see what a wanker I was, I should probably do both. Maybe I should attach a warning at the top of the second one:
"WARNING! Overly dramatic/self-aggrandizing/indulgent post about a bunch of crap and people you don't know!"

That way I've covered all my bases, right?

beautiful...

The world has enough women who are tough;
we need women who are tender.
There are enough women who are coarse;
we need women who are kind.
There are enough women who are rude;
we need women who are refined.
We have enough women of fame and fortune;
we need more women of faith.
We have enough of greed;
we need more goodness.
We have enough of vanity;
we need more virtue.
We have enough popularity;
we need more purity.
