~ darn that groundhog!

Normally, Caleb looks like this:

This morning, however, I heard him grumbling with quite a bit of temper in his voice... unusual, unless his brother or sister have been provoking him for quite a while first... this photo is the only one I could find that shows his angry face (and it was because Kizi was trying to steal his window seat on the Zoo train):

why???

"aarrrRRRRRRR! I'm so mad! that STUPID groundhog!
why did he have to see his shadow?
now we're gonna have six more weeks of winter... grrrr"

guess I'm not the only one ready for spring...

i know, right?! boo for groundhogs! ok so the bachelor is on abc monday nights at 8. i don't have abc (we have dish network and they're fighting right now...) so i watch it online at abc.com. i LOVE it. it's basically the only thing i look forward to all week! and i haven't made it to a full block of church yet this year...i've made it for the last hour or two a couple times. i debated on going to RS, but isaac's 18 mo on thursday so i figured we'd check out the nursery. i'm not excited about that! so if you wonder if i'm at church or you know i'm there and just can't find me...look in the nursery :)

Ah- thoughts of spring!! I had to laugh at your other posts- Calvin's finger- NASTY! But I don't know if you know, Darrell got his pointer finger shut in a door when he was younger, it is shorter and his nail grows at a curve. I lovingly refer to it as his claw! At least Calvin won't have that!

beautiful...

The world has enough women who are tough;
we need women who are tender.
There are enough women who are coarse;
we need women who are kind.
There are enough women who are rude;
we need women who are refined.
We have enough women of fame and fortune;
we need more women of faith.
We have enough of greed;
we need more goodness.
We have enough of vanity;
we need more virtue.
We have enough popularity;
we need more purity.
